Online emulated version of Body Harvest was originally developed for the Nintendo 64 (N64), a 64-bit home video game cartridge-based console produced by Nintendo, first released in Japan in June 1996. The N64 was Nintendo`s third programmable home console, following the NES and SNES, and the last major home console to use cartridges as its primary storage format. Its three-pronged controller introduced the analog stick to Nintendo consoles, enabling precise movement in fully 3D worlds, and four controller ports made local multiplayer a defining feature of the system.
