Cool World

Online version of Cool World for SNES. Cool World is a 2D action platformer video game based on the live-action/animated film of the same name directed by Ralph Bakshi. Players control Frank Harris (Brad Pitt in movie), chief of the Cool World police department. He must prevent the Doodles (evil cartoons) from stealing items from the real world and sending them to various locations in the cartoonish Cool World. Doodles can be defeated by being turned into ink blots using Frank's pen. The player must collect coins that defeated doodles leave behind to pay for access to the game's various locations...

Online emulated version of Cool World was originally developed for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES), an 16-bit home video game cartridge-based console produced by Nintendo, first released in Japan as the Super Famicom (SFC) in 1990. The SNES is Nintendo`s second programmable home console, following the NES. The console introduced advanced graphics and sound capabilities compared with other systems at the time. The system was designed to accommodate the ongoing development of a variety of enhancement chips integrated into game cartridges to be competitive into the next generation.
