Wing Commander: The Secret Missions
Online version of Wing Commander: The Secret Missions for SNES. The first data disk for the space combat simulator Wing Commander, released by Origin Systems for PC DOS in December 1990. The Kilrathi wipe out the colony of Goddard with a new weapon able to destroy a whole planet, and the carrier Tiger's Claw follows their fleet deep into enemy space. The 16 new missions run linearly, without the branching of the original campaign, and are noticeably harder. The pilot from Wing Commander can be carried over, and the package adds a Mission Selector that launches any mission of the base game. In 1993 Mindscape released a standalone SNES version with a new introduction and 2 difficulty levels.
