Dragon 32/64 Computers
Online emulated version of Pirate Adventure was originally developed for the Dragon 32, a home computer made by Dragon Data in Wales from 1982. It shares most of its design with the Tandy TRS-80 Color Computer, so much software runs on both. The Dragon 64 of 1983 doubled the memory and added a serial port.
The Dragon is built around the Motorola 6809E CPU at 0.89 MHz with 32 KB of RAM and Microsoft Extended BASIC in ROM. Its MC6847 video chip draws 32 by 16 characters of text and graphics up to 256 by 192 pixels. Programs came on cassette tape, and the DragonDOS cartridge added 5.25" floppy disks.
